Purpose of the position/



We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support the CEO/Founder of a fast-paced, high-growth organization. This role demands exceptional professionalism, multitasking, emotional intelligence, and unwavering attention to detail. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted gatekeeper and extension of the CEO, ensuring their time, schedule, and priorities are aligned for maximum efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities



Executive Support



u Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar across time zone

u Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, events, and travel plans

u Anticipate and prepare briefing materials, presentations, and meeting documents

u Handle confidential information with discretion

u Maintain a high-level understanding of business priorities to proactively manage time and tasks

Communication Management



u Screen and prioritize incoming communications (calls, emails, messages)

u Draft, review, and proofread emails, letters, reports, and official communication

u Liaise with senior stakeholders, clients, investors, and partners on behalf of the CEO

Project & Task Coordination



u Track follow-ups, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion

u Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives

u Maintain organized records, databases, and executive filing systems

Travel & Logistics



u Plan and coordinate end-to-end travel, visa arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries

u Prepare travel briefings, agendas, and post?trip reports

Lifestyle & Personal Assistance



u Manage personal appointments, errands, and household logistics

u Coordinate with service providers, stylists, and concierge services as required

Attributes of the position / Scope



u A "CEO mindset" with the ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead

u Experience in luxury, hospitality, investment, or lifestyle industries (preferred)

u Poise, polish, and presence suitable for high-profile meetings and events

u Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast?paced environments

u A flexible and adaptable approach with a "no task too small" attitude

Personal Profile



Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or related field

Key Competencies Required

u Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management skills

u Strong written and verbal communication skills (English essential; additional languages a plus)

u High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and integrity

u Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities

u Tech?savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools

u Comfortable with occasional after-hours availability or travel

Relevant Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives or founders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,500.00 per month
