We are hiring a Personal Assistant to the CEO . This role involves helping the CEO with daily tasks, scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups, while also supporting telesales efforts such as calling potential clients and following up on leads. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Help manage the CEO's daily schedule and appointments.
Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups.
Handle basic email communication and document preparation.
Assist in travel planning and other arrangements.
Office & Admin Tasks:
Maintain records and organize files.
Follow up with internal teams as needed.
Support in preparing reports or simple presentations.
Follow up calls and schedule meetings.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
Good communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Familiarity with property portals or CRMs is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
