Reports To: Strategy Consultant & Executive Director

About the Role:

Support our transformation projects by handling administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring clear communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support to the Consultant and Executive Director, including, but limited to, documentation, communication follow-ups, updating, and scheduling. Attend all strategy-related and management meetings; prepare and circulate accurate minutes promptly. Collaborate with client teams to develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with training provided by the Consultant. Track progress on action items, follow up with responsible teams, and report updates. Draft professional emails, manage appointments, and conduct online vendor research and other research Coordinate the implementation of change initiatives and ensure timely execution. Handle calendar management, event planning, and internal coordination tasks.
Ideal Candidate:

MBA graduate (Mandatory) 1-2 years' experience preferred (bright freshers welcome) Strong English (written & spoken) Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint Organized, punctual, proactive, and detail oriented Professional demeanor and team player attitude Able to travel within Dubai as needed

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
