Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful

Personal Assistant

to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. Coordinate with different departments to ensure tasks and deadlines are met. Assist with personal tasks and errands as required by the CEO. Support the CEO in project management, research, and preparation of materials.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Discretion and confidentiality are a must. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexible and adaptable to changing needs and tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience in a similar role supporting a CEO or senior executive.
