Key Responsibilities:
Agenda and Schedule Management:
Maintain and organize the executive's calendar, including scheduling and prioritizing meetings.
Communication Management:
Handle calls and emails on behalf of the executive, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
Meeting Representation:
Represent the executive in important meetings with VIP clients and other stakeholders. The ability to communicate clearly and professionally is crucial.
General Assistance and Coordination:
Manage travel arrangements, prepare documents, presentations, or reports, and handle other day-to-day tasks.
Key Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential for effective communication.
