Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Personal Assistant who is proficient in social media management and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media algorithms and trends, capable of developing engaging content and managing a content calendar for a personal account. Fluency in Arabic is required. Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends, is essential.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Design and produce engaging multimedia content (images, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Social Media Strategy:

Understand and apply current social media algorithms to enhance content visibility and engagement.

Content Calendar Management:

Develop, maintain, and schedule a monthly content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive analysis to inform content strategies.

Engagement:

Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages in both Arabic and English, and engage with the audience to build community relationships.

Performance Analysis:

Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improving engagement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the individual to align content with personal branding and messaging.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media management and content creation. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms. Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and proficiency in English. Proficient with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
