Job Title: Personal assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in all administrative tasks, time management, and marketing communication efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary.
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including drafting emails, letters, and other documents.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO.
Requirements:
Russian Language is a must
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to anticipate needs and take initiative.
