Minimum Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably Business Administration, Management, or related fields).
Experience
: At least 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Preference
: European Candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Handle email and phone correspondence with clients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Organize and prioritize daily tasks and activities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate events and meetings, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.
Monitor office supplies and assist with the procurement of office equipment or resources as needed.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Perform any other administrative duties as required by the executive.
