We are hiring a Personal / Office Assistant to support company operations and private tasks. The role includes travel arrangements, office duties, and flexible weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Organizing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, events, leisure).
Handling office tasks: printing, copying, typing simple documents.
Assisting with various tasks for the company owner and family.
Being available on weekends when needed (with laptop and phone access).
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Basic office software skills.
Working level of English.
Working Conditions:
Office-based role, 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days per week.
Must be reachable on weekends (compensated with days off during the week).
Laptop provided.
Mobile allowance: AED 200/month (own phone & SIM required).
Salary: AED 4,000 - 5,000 total package.
Medical insurance provided.
Legal & Employment:
Official employment with ANVAYA Shipping LLC.
Visa and EID provided after successful probation period.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
