Full-time Personal Assistant required in Muscat, Oman for a family of 5, 20,000 \xe2\x80\x94 25,000 AED per month. Live out. Start ASAP A returning client located in Muscat is searching for an experienced family Personal Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the family and their household.

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for the overall management of the family\xe2\x80\x99s needs; schedules, travel arrangements, diary management, hotel reservations and children\xe2\x80\x99s concierge. In addition to this, you will be required to plan, organise, and coordinate events and other social activities, manage diaries, shop and run errands. The family has an interest and involvement in fashion and would like to find a candidate who has a great interest in the industry. Additional duties will be travelling with the clients to fashion shows in Paris and London and assisting on such trips. Long term, the Personal Assistant may be required to travel alone to such events and purchase on behalf of the client The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills along with great organisational and management skills. You should have the ability to multitask. 3 years + of experience is required. Formal management qualifications are preferred although not essential. Being well-spoken, well-mannered and well-presented is essential. A flair for fashion is beneficial to your application. International travel is required. The working schedule will be 6 days per week. This is a live-out position with a private apartment provided. Package:
