Job description We are currently recruiting for an executive assistant or HR coordinator. The ideal applicant would be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail. This worker should have previous expertise working in an office setting, executing administrative tasks, and assisting administrators. Given the ever-changing nature of the executive landscape, we rely on executive assistants to be adaptable and consistent while maintaining the confidentiality of high-level systems and operations, as well as an HR coordinator who is in charge of coordinating all administrative activities involving an organization\'s personnel. His /Her responsibilities include creating recruitment tactics, designing systems for controlling employee benefits and behavior, and onboarding new employees. Key Responsibilities
  • Recruiting.
  • Fostering a safe working environment.
  • Managing employee relationships.
  • Managing compensation and benefit packages.
  • Handling disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Overseeing training programs.
  • Manage the managing director\'s calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls to ensure prompt responses and follow-up.
  • Prepare and edit letters, presentations, and reports on behalf of the managing directors.
  • Help with the preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and presentations.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information and use care when handling confidential situations.
  • Conduct research and prepare data as needed to assist the managing directors with decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Assist with specific projects and activities as allocated by the managing directors.
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • A bachelor\'s degree is preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
