Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior management.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in both English and Gujarati.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient organisation of records.
Support personal tasks, errands, and ad-hoc requests.
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements
Fluency in
English and Gujarati
(spoken and written).
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
