I\'m looking for a rockstar of an executive assistant \xe2\x80\x93 interest in fashion, styling and image makeovers! Someone who is, organized, and trustworthy with excellent written communication to help with day-to-day tasks in my coaching business. I\xe2\x80\x99m looking for that \xe2\x80\x9cright-hand person\xe2\x80\x9d ABOUT YOU: You should have an absolutely impeccable eye for detail, be a self-starter, self-motivated - someone who can be proactive about things and feels comfortable making decisions on their own after being onboarded properly. This is NOT an entry-level assistant position. YOU SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST 1+ YEARS of experience as an assistant or client coordinator for an executive, business owner, or similar. Please do not apply if you do not have experience. You\'ll handle business and personal details and be the main point of contact for clients in the business. This includes scheduling and coordination with clients, email and calendar management, meeting summaries, social media posting, manage website updates including uploading blog posts, and much more, whatever the day brings. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (no day is the same, but it looks like this:)
  • Assist with monitoring of my inbox and emails, including responding to clients, partners, and other business contacts. Organize, clean, label inbox, and triage email; including client emails and PR inquiries
  • Maintain daily calendar, arrange calls, meetings while making sure all details are handled in a clear and organized manner
  • Be the main point of contact for the onboarding and welcoming of new clients. Including welcoming, scheduling, etc.
  • Keep track of, and organize prospective customer leads.
  • Create social media posts for the business 3-5 times per week using supplied content. Manage social media inbox.
  • Research and be the point person for service providers for projects such as web design
  • Handle personal details such as shopping, ordering gifts, scheduling personal appointments, and maintaining household items
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Organize and supervise scheduled Photoshoots between the team and the clients.
  • High level of experience with Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, Dropbox
  • High level of experience with PowerPoint, presentations and proposals.
  • Experience with Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Squarespace, or similar preferred
  • Capability to set up new systems and processes in order to streamline business and personal functions
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and other social media marketing tools
  • Ability to respond quickly and manage multiple incoming requests
  • High level of knowledge in photo and video editing, and photoshop type apps
  • Bonus points are given to those familiar with Canva or with a design background
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Must be fluent in English and Arabic
  • At least 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant for a business owner or similar
  • Exceptional ability to communicate progress on multiple projects
  • Must be highly organized and efficient
  • Trustworthy with strong personal integrity
  • Experience managing an executive calendar
  • Perfectionist, super attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
