Personal Assistant Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates Key Responsibilities :
Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
Organize and maintain office systems and records (physical and digital)
Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Maintain databases, track documents, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
Provide administrative support for internal teams using office productivity and IT tools
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Coordinate IT-related requests and liaise with tech support when necessary
Assist with basic troubleshooting and ensure office software and hardware are functional
Contribute to improving internal workflows using IT tools (e.g., Excel, project/task management systems)
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other digital collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Trello, etc.)
Comfortable working with internal IT systems and supporting minor troubleshooting
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
High attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with document management systems or ERP platforms
Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and support processes
Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven work environment
