We are looking for a motivated and organized Personal Assistant to provide remote support to a new starting company. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in administration and business support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with scheduling, emails, and calendar management (Mandarin Speakers).
Support client communication (messages, calls, follow-ups).
Help with document preparation, data entry, and file organization.
Conduct online research and prepare some reports.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Comfortable using MS Office.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Must be able to speak and write Chinese (Mandarin) to assist with Local and Chinese speaking clients.
No prior experience required.
