Our client is a premium hospitality global brand. We seek an experienced and highly organized \xef\xbb\xbfPersonal Assistant and Wellbeing Trainer for a dignitary.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while also serving as a personal coach and wellbeing trainer.
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
\xef\xbb\xbfResponsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
Manage the dignitary\'s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and prioritize meetings, events, and commitments. Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with discretion and professionalism. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
2. Personal Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor and confidant to the dignitary, offering guidance and support. Provide strategic input on personal and professional decisions. Could you help set and achieve personal and professional goals? Foster a positive and productive mindset through coaching and mentorship.
3. Wellbeing Training: Design and implement personalized well-being programs based on the dignitarys needs and goals. Conduct regular well-being assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Lead and facilitate well-being sessions, such as mindfulness, stress management, and fitness activities.
4. Liaison and Communication: Act as a liaison between the dignitary and various stakeholders, ensuring smooth, communication and coordination. Professionally represent the dignitary at events and meetings.
Qualifications: * Minimum Exp required 5+ Years, with 2+ years of local UAE exp.
Fluency in Arabic Language is a must, French language is a plus.
Similar industry experience from the hospitality Industry will be an advantage.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Background in coaching, counseling, or psychology is preferred.
Knowledge of wellbeing practices and trends.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
High level of professionalism and discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
