Job Description

The position is responsible for admin related tasks assigned by the GM in addition to PR related to work related processes. Key Accountabilities:
  • Assist in meetings held with clients.
  • Follow-up with clients on their related work tasks.
  • Follow-up with suppliers or subcontracts on work tasks.
  • Prepare quotations, presentations and offers submission.
  • Follow-up and attend to clients inquiry and if required outbound sales calls.
  • Filing, organizing work related to GM.
  • Coordinate with Operations on scheduled work agenda.
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge:
  • Fluency in English
  • Arabic Speaking is advantage
  • Proficiency in MS office

  • Has Qatari Residence Permit
