Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide personalized fragrance recommendations
Demonstrate and promote perfume products to boost sales
Maintain product knowledge of brands, notes, and new arrivals
Ensure the store displays are attractive, clean, and fully stocked
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Build customer loyalty through exceptional service
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals
Qualifications
Previous retail or perfume sales experience preferred (but not required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Passion for fragrances and willingness to learn product details
Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
