Job Description

Sidel is looking for a Regional Performance Services/TPM Manager reporting to the Director for Performance Based Services. His/Her responsibility will be to lead a team of engineers across the region with the aim to deliver successful Performance improvement projects at our customer's priority sites and priority production lines. Sidel is committed to high performance and our new Service offering of TPM Performance projects. These projects give our customers a strong avenue through which they can engage Sidel to achieve step-changes in performance. Sidel uses the best of TPM/Lean manufacturing excellence practices in a practical and focused way for direct impact on customer performance. Our customer's value our ability to collaborate in TPM methods while at the same time bringing our technical expertise/ mastery of our machines to develop the customer's team, and solve their toughest problems Additionally, the Performance Services Managers should act as an advisor on our Performance service products portfolio. He/she will support our sales team's understanding, enabling them to communicate well the value that our services bring.

Your Mission

Lead a team and driving success execution of our TPM / performance improvement projects Manage 5 direct reports - both project managers and expert field engineers. Expand and develop the teams' capabilities in TPM/Performance and maintenance management. Develop the business growth strategy for TPM/ Performance service products in close collaboration with the regional Services sales team. Be an advocate and strong promoter for the value of improving Customers' Line Performance. Be the corporate representative in the region in an effort to develop TPM / Operational Excellence capabilities across the organization. Be part of Sidel's TPM Services Academy. Be a leader and change agent to bring TPM mindset and capabilities transversally across the organization. Work across the Asset Performance & Digital Services organization discovering and embedding the latest in digital technologies to achieve performance targets of our customers' lines.

Your Profile

Level of education and languages:

Maintenance/ Production management related background; TPM /Operational Excellence Experience Excellent English, written and spoken; Fluency in Spanish, French or Italian is a plus.

Required experience and skills:

A minimum of 5 years of plant production/ maintenance management experience; A minimum of 5 years using TPM/Operational Excellence methods in that work experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing and maintenance management in a complex production environment; Technical familiarity of Sidel equipment and production lines or similar beverage lines is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to motivate and inspire; Proven track record of project management/cross-functional management experience; Ability to interface with all levels of the organisation, both internally and externally; Proven ability to inspire and lead change. Ability to work in complex, cross-cultural international settings. Availability to travel from 50%-70%.
