Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Optimize campaigns for
CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
Build and manage
full-funnel strategies
(awareness ? consideration ? conversion)
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights
Manage budgets, pacing, and daily optimizations
Implement and audit
conversion tracking
, pixels, GA4, and GTM
Create performance reports and present insights to internal teams or clients
Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to improve conversion rates
Stay updated with platform changes, new ad formats, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of hands-on experience in
performance marketing / paid media
Strong expertise in
Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Experience with
lead generation, e-commerce, or app campaigns
Solid understanding of
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
Experience managing monthly ad budgets (mid to high spend)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Nice to Have
Experience with
TikTok Ads, Snapchat, LinkedIn Ads
Knowledge of
CRO, landing page optimization, and funnels
Experience working with
Dubai / GCC markets
Agency background
Basic understanding of SEO and email automation
