We are looking for a
young, energetic, and highly motivated
Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience inGoogle Ads
andMeta Ads
, along with basic familiarity with thecrypto/Web3
space.The focus of this role is running and optimizing paid campaigns to drive growth.
What You'll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize
Google Ads
campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max). Manage and scaleMeta Ads
, including audience targeting and creative testing. Improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and overall campaign performance. Analyze results and provide clear performance insights. Stay aware of basic crypto trends and audience behavior.What We Are Looking For
Minimum 1 year
of practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach Basic understanding of the crypto/Web3 ecosystem Good English communication skillsYoung, energetic, motivated, and eager to learn and grow
Bonus Skills:
Basic ad copywriting Experience in fintech or e-commerce
