We're growing quickly and looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
who understands the UAE business setup landscape and can execute high-performing campaigns that drive qualified leads -- fast, smart, and accurately.
What You'll Do
Strategy + Execution
Creative Campaigns:
Develop and test at least two new ad concepts weekly (copy, visuals, offers) and share learnings with the team.
Performance Marketing:
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Lead, Click-to-WhatsApp, Traffic) for Mainland, Free Zone, and PRO services.
Keyword & Intent Harvesting:
Build keyword clusters around licensing types, trade names, costs, timelines, banking, and visas. Maintain negatives and test match types regularly.
AI-Powered Production:
Use AI tools for ad copy, ideation, creative briefs, audience research, and reports -- ensuring all content is fact-checked, compliant, and on-brand (Arabic & English).
Attribution & Analytics:
Set up and manage GA4, GTM, pixels, and UTMs. Track enhanced and offline conversions (CRM/WhatsApp) to connect spend to qualified leads and paying clients.
Lead Operations:
Collaborate with sales to improve lead speed, routing, and conversion through WhatsApp templates, quick replies, and follow-ups.
Budget & Forecasting:
Maintain CPL/CPQL and CAC within target; monitor pacing and report risks and next steps weekly.
Compliance:
Follow UAE advertising regulations and platform policies -- no vague claims, only clear, verifiable benefits.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and GM on goals, risks, and next actions; translate feedback into execution.
Social & Competitive Monitoring:
Track competitors, market trends, and campaign sentiment.
What You've Done (Must-Haves)
3-6 years of
hands-on performance marketing experience
in a UAE business setup, PRO company, or equivalent.
Proven track record running
Google Search and Meta Ads
independently to hit CPL/CPQL targets.
Native Arabic
copywriting that converts; strong English writing for landing pages and reports.
Solid experience with
GA4, GTM, UTMs, enhanced conversions, and offline conversion setup/debugging.
Practical
CRO skills
(form optimization, trust signals, load speed, WhatsApp flows) with measurable improvements.
Experience with
CRM tools
setup, implementation, and maintenance.
Ability to
create Reels, posts, and other content
independently.
Excellent
communication and presentation
skills.
Nice-to-Haves
Design literacy:
Canva, Figma, or Adobe basics for quick edits.
Arabic typography sense
and familiarity with motion editing (CapCut/After Effects).
Image cleanup and upscaling experience.
