About the Role:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and results-oriented, with a strong grasp of UAE's digital landscape and consumer behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Develop and manage PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns
Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance metrics, and optimize funnels for better conversions
Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to align campaign assets and messaging
Monitor KPIs, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and recommend actionable insights
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective cost-per-click (CPC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and regional regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing (UAE or GCC experience preferred)
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and other paid platforms
Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar
Strong understanding of UAE consumer behavior and market trends
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is a plus
