Performance Marketing Manager - Dubai, UAE will lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple brands and markets. The role focuses on maximizing efficiency, applying data-driven insights, and ensuring strong ROI while maintaining high standards of campaign execution, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Manage account performance across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and affiliate networks
• Oversee bid strategies, targeting, creative testing, and budget management
• Conduct detailed campaign analysis to identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Lead feed optimization and monitor account health daily
• Collaborate with brand teams on awareness and performance media planning
• Approve and review media plans to align with revenue and ROAS objectives
• Develop strategies for account launches and market entry initiatives
• Coordinate with agencies and internal stakeholders on calendars, promotions, and campaign priorities
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and financial alignment
• Mentor internal team members, standardize workflows, and improve optimization practices

Ideal Profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in retail
• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in paid media and campaign optimization
• Ability to interpret data to make business-driven marketing decisions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and delivering under tight deadlines
• Track record of developing and implementing successful performance marketing strategies
