Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), WhatsApp campaigns, LinkedIn, and IVR advertising.
Manage full setup and performance of WhatsApp lead generation and IVR call-based campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, testing creatives, targeting, placements, and channels to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling, platform-optimized ad creatives.
Track and report on ad spend, KPIs, and performance metrics using dashboards and analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Perform market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends.
Coordinate with sales and CRM teams (Bitrix, HubSpot, or similar) to ensure lead quality and campaign alignment.
Maintain and enhance marketing funnel tracking and attribution models for better insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing, preferably in a lead-driven industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Business campaigns.
Familiarity with IVR campaign platforms is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Bitrix, HubSpot).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, landing page optimization, and marketing attribution.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
Experience in
real estate marketing
is a strong plus.
Knowledge of Meta CAPI (Conversions API) setup is a plus.
Basic design skills in Canva or Photoshop are an advantage.
Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, AdCreative.ai) is a plus.
