Performance Management
Objectives:
Performance Management Specialists are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a company's performance management programs.
:
Develop and manage performance management strategies, programs, and processes
Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions and performance standards
Provide training and coaching to managers and employees on performance management procedures and goal setting
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
Manage performance appraisal system and maintain records of employee performance
Collaborate with HR and management to address performance issues and create performance improvement plans
Participate in HR projects, such as job evaluations and compensation planning
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legal requirements by staying up-to-date with existing and new legislation
Qualifications for performance management
Proven work experience as a Performance Management Specialist or similar role
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and systems
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office
Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Psychology, Business Administration, or relevant field
Certification in HR or related field is a plus
