Collaborate with HR Business Partners to identify and support high-potential talent

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and external regulatory requirements
Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reward top performers
Liaise between central HR and automotive business units for cohesive talent strategies
Monitor poor performance cases and ensure effective PIP (Performance Improvement Plans) are executed
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
8+ years of experience in performance and talent management within large organizations
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, scorecard systems, and analytics tools
HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR preferred
Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thinking skills
Deep expertise in succession planning, performance feedback systems, and L&D collaboration
