About the Role:
Role Overview:
The People Operations Manager will be responsible for managing our human resources infrastructure to support our entire employee lifecycle. In this role, the People Operations Manager will be given the autonomy to strategize and implement programs, processes, and systems for all of our employees around the world.

What you will do in this role:
  • Ownership of all People Operations functions which includes but is not limited to Human Resources systems and infrastructure, data integrity, and program and process management across the entire employee lifecycle (on/offboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, documentation, immigration, etc.).
  • Manage and prioritize efforts within the People Operations function to align with company strategy and needs to ensure our programs, processes, and systems are able to meet current and future needs.
  • Use industry best practices (as well as the cutting edge) to set strategy to manage the employee lifecycle processes that lea
  • Take a systems-oriented approach to designing, scaling, and refining people programs
  • Review/audit processes and data, identify opportunities to scale, streamline and improve processes and procedures, and recommend and implement solutions while understanding downstream impact to high engagement of our employees.
What are we looking for:
  • Technical Skills
  • Experience in a global People Operations role, preferably in a decision making role or managerial role
  • Understanding of industry trends and best practices as it comes to People Operations processes, programs, and systems
  • Experience as an administrator of Human Resources systems and responsibilities of data flow and integrity
  • Soft Skills
  • Ability to understand complex processes and find the optimal solution to simplify them, preferably with systems
  • Ability to strategize and implement, you need to be able to think through the high level, but also execute on those plans
