Support and implement people development initiatives including learning and development, performance management, career progression, and succession planning to enhance employee performance and growth
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate learning and development programs and track participation and effectiveness
Coordinate and facilitate Training Needs Analysis (TNA) conducted by employees and support analysis of results
Support the performance management cycle and ensure timely completion
Monitor performance trends, provide insights, and support targeted development actions
Assist in career path and promotion processes and documentation
Support succession planning data collection and follow-up actions
Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain people development records
Maintain L&D and performance records for audits and ensure compliance with requirements
Fulfill any additional duties assigned to support the organization's evolving needs
