We are seeking an organized and efficient Learning & Development Admin Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship opportunity offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in supporting the Learning & Development department of a growing organization.
Assist in the administration and coordination of training programs and workshops
Support the maintenance and updating of the company's Learning Management System (LMS)
Help prepare training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning content
Contribute to the organization and scheduling of training sessions
Assist in tracking attendance and completion rates for various learning initiatives
Support the team in data entry, report generation, and basic analysis of training metrics
Collaborate with team members on various administrative tasks related to L&D projects
Help maintain organized digital and physical files of training resources and participant records
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and eager to learn new skills and technologies
Basic understanding of project management concepts
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
