Job Description
As our
People & Culture Manager,
you will be responsible for Building, Operationalizing, and continuously improving the full spectrum of HR and Employee Experience Strategies within element and for our client mandates.This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that integrates strategic advisory, HR operations leadership, and employee lifecycle design.
You will collaborate with internal teams, founders, and client leaders -- often navigating between Dubai and Sharjah -- to create high-performing and deeply human workplace cultures.
This role requires an experienced HR practitioner who can think like a consultant, act like a Business Partner, and deliver like an Operations Lead.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
