We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized People & Culture Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events
Support the recruitment process by helping with resume screening and interview scheduling
Contribute to the maintenance and organization of employee records and HR databases
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations
Help coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team as needed
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Assist in gathering and analyzing employee feedback to improve workplace satisfaction
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic understanding of HR processes and practices
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong time management abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to a positive work environment
Internships or relevant coursework in HR or related fields is a plus
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Other Languages is beneficial but not required
