Job Description

  • Work closely with management to identify HR priorities and develop and implement effective people strategies that support CAFU objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Work with the Senior HR Business Partner to develop and implement the required HR procedures and policies for CAFU.
  • Supports with the annual HR cycle deliverables such as; performance management, calibration, and benefits enrolment/renewals.
  • Support with succession planning and retention strategies for each department.
  • Regular evaluation of the approved annual HR budget and adherence to financial processes.
  • Review of compensation and benefits offering as well as policy implementation.
  • Oversee payroll process, managed by the People and Culture Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to the business to support decision making.
  • Regular auditing of the company HR management system \xe2\x80\x93 ensure it is fully up to date.
  • Support the business in managing change initiatives and driving cultural transformation.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field. CIPD qualification would be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of generalist HR which includes ER, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR policies and procedures etc.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Experience of working in a fluid and fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to partner with management and senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; budget management experience would be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge and compliance to regulatory requirements such as UAE Labour Law.
