Key Responsibilities - Performance Marketing, Digital Advertising, Jeddah

Performance Campaign Management:

Strategize, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and other digital platforms to achieve business goals.

Budget & ROI Optimization:

Allocate budgets efficiently across channels, monitor daily spend, and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).

Analytics & Reporting:

Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), sharing actionable insights with stakeholders.

Audience Targeting:

Develop and refine audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach new and existing customers effectively.

Ad Creative Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with content, design, and product teams to produce compelling ad creatives tailored to each channel and audience.

Conversion & Funnel Optimization:

Analyze user journeys and landing page performance to identify improvements and enhance conversion rates.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

Monitor digital marketing trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all marketing campaigns align with Niceone's brand guidelines, voice, and values throughout all digital touchpoints.

Skills and Qualifications - Digital Marketing, Paid Media, Analytics

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field is preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are a plus.

Experience:

Proven hands-on experience (at least2 years) in performance marketing or paid digital media campaign management.

Technical Proficiency:

Proficient with digital marketing and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).

Analytical Thinking:

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable strategies and clear reporting.

Project Management:

Capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
