Position Overview
As a Pediatrician, you will manage the health and development of infants, children, and adolescents across a range of clinical conditions. You'll work within a collaborative care model, leveraging advanced diagnostics and integrated referrals to deliver personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with Al-Futtaim Health's patient-first commitment.
What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions including respiratory, allergy, growth, and chronic disorders
• Administer vaccinations, monitor developmental stages, and guide preventive care
• Educate families on wellness, nutrition, hygiene, and safety
• Provide ongoing support to patients with complex or chronic health needs
• Communicate diagnoses and care plans clearly to parents and caregivers
• Maintain meticulous medical records and participate in audits or CME programs
• Work alongside specialists in a referral-based, high-quality outpatient network

Ideal Profile

• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Pediatric Specialist
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution
• Pediatric specialization approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH
• Fluent in Arabic and English (required)
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a specialist
• Skilled in managing both acute and long-term pediatric health cases
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient counseling abilities
• Confident in building or managing an existing patient base
• Experience in evidence-based care delivery and EMR systems
• BLS and ALS certifications mandatory
• Published academic contributions are a plus
