Specialist Pediatrician - Al-Futtaim Health - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is seeking a Specialist Pediatrician to join its HealthHub Clinics in Dubai. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing the health of children and adolescents, ensuring comprehensive, family-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.

Core Duties

• Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions including respiratory infections, allergies, growth and development issues, and chronic illnesses
• Monitor developmental milestones, provide preventive care, and administer immunizations
• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care for all patients
• Counsel families on diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle adjustments
• Support children with complex or chronic health conditions, coordinating care with specialists when required
• Participate in audits, research, and continuous medical education to enhance clinical outcomes

Candidate Requirements

• DHA license or eligibility as a Specialist Pediatrician
• MBBS, MBChB, or equivalent from a recognized institution
• Specialty qualification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH UAE
• Certification in Basic and Advanced Life Support
• Minimum 5 years' experience at specialist level in pediatrics
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong track record in managing acute and chronic pediatric cases
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering compassionate, family-focused care
