Job Title: Speech Therapist (Pediatric)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our

Pediatric Neurology and Child Development team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have

hands-on experience working with children presenting with neurological, developmental, and communication disorders, and will collaborate closely with pediatric neurologists, psychologists, and therapists to deliver evidence-based, family-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, feeding, and swallowing
disorders in pediatric patients

Work with children with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD,
Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Speech Delay, Apraxia, and

Neurological Disorders

Develop and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs) based on clinical
assessments and goals

Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments, progress evaluations, and
outcome tracking

Provide parent counseling and home-program guidance to support carry-over of therapy
goals

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, progress reports, and treatment
plans

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including pediatric neurologists, psychologists,
occupational therapists, and behavioral therapists

Participate in case discussions, treatment reviews, and internal trainings Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic policies, and ethical
standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech & Language Pathology / Speech Therapy

Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai as a Speech Therapist Minimum 2 years of UAE clinical experience in pediatric speech and language therapy Proven experience working in pediatric neurology, child development centers, or
rehabilitation clinics

Strong knowledge of early intervention and evidence-based therapy approaches Excellent communication skills in English

Preferred Skills & Competencies

Experience with AAC systems, feeding therapy, and oral-motor therapy Ability to build strong rapport with children and families Team-oriented, patient-centric, and empathetic approach Strong organizational and time-management skills Cultural sensitivity and professionalism in a clinical setting
