: Speech Therapist Full-Time or Part-Time (Commission-based with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role)

Role Description

The Speech Therapist will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting one-on-one therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Assessing clients to identify speech, language, or swallowing challenges. Developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Collaborating with families to educate them on therapy techniques and progress. Monitoring client progress and adjusting therapy plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate and timely records of assessments, sessions, and progress reports. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in speech therapy techniques and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field. Valid DHA license or DHA Eligibility Letter. Proven experience in pediatric speech therapy (experience with other age groups is a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to build rapport with clients and their families. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism.
