Role Summary
As a Specialist Pediatrician, you will manage a wide spectrum of acute and chronic conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents. You will partner with families to provide preventive care, immunizations, developmental assessments, and compassionate treatment in line with best practices and HealthHub's patient-first philosophy, "We Hear You."
What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat respiratory infections, allergies, growth issues, and chronic pediatric diseases
• Provide vaccinations, monitor developmental milestones, and deliver preventive care
• Guide families through treatment options, medications, and long-term care plans
• Support children with complex needs in coordination with specialty consultants
• Educate parents on nutrition, hygiene, and safety practices
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records and follow-up logs
• Contribute to clinical audits, continuous learning, and evidence-based updates in pediatric care

Ideal Profile

• DHA-licensed or DHA-eligible Pediatric Specialist
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (required)
• MBBS or MBChB from an accredited institution
• Postgraduate pediatric specialty certification recognized by DHA, HAAD, or MOH
• Minimum 5 years of specialist-level experience in outpatient or multispecialty settings
• Basic and Advanced Life Support certified
• Strong rapport-building and family communication skills
• Experience with EMR and digital healthcare systems
• Confident in growing or maintaining a strong patient panel
