Talabat is hiring a Specialist Rider Wellbeing in Dubai, UAE to enhance rider safety, health, and overall experience. The role focuses on developing and implementing wellbeing frameworks across physical health, mental health, and earnings support to ensure riders perform safely and sustainably.

Core Duties

• Develop and maintain the Rider Wellbeing Framework covering safety, health, and financial stability
• Create SOPs, playbooks, and checklists, and ensure compliance across operations
• Lead data analysis on rider safety, accidents, and incidents, translating insights into action plans
• Manage the Wellbeing Dashboard, weekly insight reports, and lessons-learned documentation
• Collaborate with 3PL partners on compliance standards and incentive structures
• Ensure alignment with UAE safety regulations and best practices

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HSE, wellbeing, or logistics field operations
• Strong analytical and change management skills with proven delivery record
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools, knowledge of telematics systems preferred
• Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid, MHFA, or defensive driver training are an advantage
• Excellent English communication; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus
• Hands-on approach with the ability to coach, collaborate, and influence stakeholders
• Passion for rider wellbeing, proactive mindset, and strong follow-through skills
