We are seeking a compassionate and skilled

Pediatric Registered Nurse

to deliver high-quality pediatric home healthcare services in Dubai. The role involves providing nursing care to infants and children in a home-care setting, including clinical procedures, monitoring, parental guidance, and emergency response. This position requires flexibility, strong pediatric expertise, and readiness to work

rotational shifts with a higher frequency of night duties

Key Responsibilities

Provide pediatric home nursing care for infants, toddlers, and children. Perform

pediatric blood sample collection

and coordinate with laboratory services. Administer

IV therapy, injections, medications

, and nebulization as prescribed. Assist doctors during

pediatric Doctor-on-Call home visits

. Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, BP, pulse, oxygen saturation, glucose levels, etc.). Provide wound care, dressing changes, and post-procedure care for pediatric patients. Educate parents/caregivers on treatment plans, medication administration, feeding, hygiene, and follow-up care. Ensure strict adherence to

infection control and pediatric safety protocols

. Handle pediatric emergencies calmly and escalate critical cases appropriately. Maintain accurate documentation of nursing care, reports, and patient records. Support compliance documentation for

DHA requirements and internal audits

Work Schedule

5 Days per Week

12-Hour Rotational Shifts (Day & Night)Night shifts will be more frequent

Willingness to work

weekends and public holidays

as per duty roster

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.

Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter

(mandatory or willing to obtain).

Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience

(home care experience preferred). Strong skills in pediatric IV therapy, medication administration, and monitoring. Ability to handle pediatric patients with care, patience, and empathy.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:

AED

7,000 - 7,500

per month Overtime compensation (if applicable) Visa and DHA licensing assistance provided by the employer

Preferred Candidate Profile

Currently residing in the UAE (immediate joiners preferred). Comfortable working

frequent night shifts

. Flexible, dependable, and patient-focused. Excellent communication skills with children and parents.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
