Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric occupational therapy. Strong background in developmental milestones, sensory integration, and play-based intervention. Dedication to providing ethical, child-centered, and culturally sensitive care.

Responsibilities

Conduct developmental and functional assessments for children with diverse needs. Design and implement individualized therapy plans to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and school readiness. Educate and guide families, caregivers, and teachers on therapy strategies and home programs. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic support for each child. Maintain detailed documentation and track progress using measurable goals.

Skills

Strong communication and rapport-building with children and families. Creative, play-based therapy approach tailored to each child's interests. Team collaboration and adaptability. Excellent clinical reasoning and documentation skills.

Education

Valid DOH License (Occupational Therapist). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. Specialized training in pediatrics, sensory integration, or neurodevelopmental approaches is a plus.

Requirements

Valid DOH license. At least 2 years of pediatric OT experience. Familiarity with developmental disorders such as Autism, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges. Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED18,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
