Job Description
We are looking for an efficient
payroll supervisor
for managing the daily operations of our payroll department, overseeing staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee pay, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and company policies.Key responsibilities
Oversee Payroll Staff:
Manage and guide the payroll team, assigning tasks, and evaluating performance to ensure efficiency and accuracy.Ensure Accurate Processing:
Review and verify timesheets, salary adjustments, and deductions to guarantee correct and on-time payments for all employees.Maintain Compliance:
Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure the company's payroll practices are fully compliant.Manage Employee Data:
Work with HR to update employee information, such as new hires, terminations, and promotions, in the payroll system.Handle Employee Inquiries:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, responding to questions about their pay, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.Report Generation:
Prepare and distribute various payroll reports to management and other departments as needed.System Management:
Manage the payroll system, including data entry, system configuration, and testing of system upgrades.Requirements:
Proven track record of experience in a similar role. SAP proficiency
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Payroll Supervising: 5 years (Required)
