Key Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or HR.
5+ years experience in payroll processing for 1,000+ blue-collar employees.
Strong knowledge of WPS, UAE Labor Law, and site attendance systems.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP or HRMS software (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, Tally, SAP).
High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling salary data.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi; Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions:
Based at Head Office, occasional visits to camps or client sites for attendance audits.
6-day working week (Friday or Saturday off).
Must meet payroll cut-off deadlines strictly.
