Payroll Specialist
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll cycle for all employees in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, allowances, deductions, overtime, end-of-service benefits, and other payroll components.
Maintain and update employee payroll records and HRMS data.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant departments to ensure smooth payroll processing.
Handle WPS file preparation and submission.
Prepare payroll reports, analytics, and reconciliations.
Assist in audits and support internal payroll-related inquiries.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist in the UAE.
Preferably experienced in
large companies or holdings (500+ employees)
.
Experience in
real estate or development
is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, payroll processes, WPS, and EOSB calculations.
High accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
