Role Overview:



The Business Setup Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the process of establishing and registering their businesses in the UAE. This includes advising on the most suitable legal structures, jurisdictions (mainland, free zone, offshore), licensing requirements, and compliance procedures. The consultant acts as a key liaison between clients and regulatory authorities to ensure a seamless setup experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Consultation & Advisory

Conduct initial client consultations to understand business objectives, structure preferences, and budget. Recommend the most suitable licensing option and jurisdiction (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore). Provide updated and accurate information on company formation laws, processes, and documentation requirements in the UAE.

Documentation & Application Management

Collect, review, and prepare all necessary legal documents for company formation. Liaise with government authorities (e.g., DED, Free Zone Authorities, Immigration, MOHRE) to ensure timely processing of business licenses and visas. Track applications and follow up to ensure on-time delivery of approvals and permits.

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong and professional relationships with prospective and current clients. Provide post-setup support and guidance related to visa processing, bank account opening, office selection, and PRO services. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Knowledge & Continuous Learning

Stay updated on changing UAE laws and regulations related to business setup, taxation (e.g., VAT, Corporate Tax), and employment. Research and analyze new business setup trends and competitor offerings.

Sales & Revenue Contribution

Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for new business acquisition. Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as VAT registration, corporate bank account assistance, office space, PRO services, and sponsorship arrangements.

Reporting & CRM Usage

Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales closures in the company's CRM system. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field. Proven experience in business setup consulting within the UAE (Free Zone and Mainland). Strong knowledge of UAE business laws and regulatory frameworks. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
