? We're Hiring - Payroll cum Sr. HR Operations Executive
? Location: Al Warsan, International City - Dubai
? Working Days: 6 Days a Week
? Salary: Up to AED 8,000

We are looking for an experienced Payroll cum Senior HR Operations Executive to manage payroll processing and handle end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and hands-on experience in HR administration and payroll management.
? Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Manage leave records, attendance, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law
- Coordinate visa processing and renewals
- Prepare HR reports and support management as required
- Address employee queries related to payroll and HR policies
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR operations & payroll experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
