Job Summary: Looking for a Payroll cum HR Officer in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

Handle and maintain the company\'s payroll system
Respond to payroll questions and calculate commissions, bonuses, taxes as well as other relevant deductions
Make sure all staff entitlements are accurate and up to date at all times
Document and implement salary as well as wage variation
Generate correspondence reports as well as related statistics as necessary
Maintain the effective administration of the company compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines, licenses etc
Handle and oversee the administration of the company\'s compensation policy as well as benefits program
Manage the exit process
Monitor employee work hours and update records as necessary
Continuously update and maintain the recruitment data base
Ensure safe custody of company documents as well as other records
Set up and maintain a culture and climate in which staff members have the competency and commitment to serve well
Any other related task as may be assigned

Job Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related course
At least 2+ years of related working experience required
Should have strong leadership and management skills
Must be a team player with the ability to mentor and coach individuals
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Ms Office packages required
