The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. TikTok is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support our EMEA team focusing on Europe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion. This is a full-time role based in Dubai. Your responsibilities would include: - Managing and improving payroll operations of multiple countries across EMEA, primarily the United Arab Emirates. - Effectively manage payroll vendors by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA. - Develop relationships with local authorities, including Social Security, Tax, etc. - Partner with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to optimize processes, improve operation efficiency, upgrade employee experience.


Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications - Hands-on, functional knowledge and a minimum of 3+ years in-house payroll operation experience - Proven experience with EMEA payroll and tax legislation specifically, UAE payroll. - Proficient Excel skills and familiarity with functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, etc. is a must. Preferred Qualifications - Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. - Strong vendor management and project management skills. - Payroll experience in other countries within EMEA is a plus.
