You will be an owner and fully accountable of the payroll processing cycle for a country or a company depending on size and complexity


Payroll Balances and controls at input and output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net)


Payroll Accounting support


Complex payroll queries & escalations


Vendor operations management


Point of contact for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury and others)


Projects: process improvement (Six Sigma), country expansions, new payroll setup

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Speak, write, and read fluently in English and French 2+ years of finance experience Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills Experience using data to influence business decisions Experience in financial/business analysis Experience in handling internal & external audits Experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications Bachelor's degree, or experience using PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, ADP or other HR management and Payroll systems as well as call center applications Experience working with basic employment law and HR or payroll practices 2+ years of HR experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience Experience with HR processes and systems
